The Appeal
This isn't your typical Series Land Rover.
Most are fresh from the farmyard, but this 1964 Series IIA has been restored and upgraded, the most striking deviation from standard being the colour scheme, which is a far cry from the ubiquitous Land Rover Bronze Greens and Marine Blues.
This car example has been subject to an extensive body-off restoration at the hands of its most recent owner. Finished in a deep red metallic, it presents in exceedingly good order throughout. A few subtle modern touches have been incorporated inside, while mechanically, the Land Rover is reported to be in fine health, having been taken for a short test drive in readiness for sale and found to start, run, drive and stop without issue.
A USB drive containing photographs documenting the restoration process accompanies the vehicle, offering the next owner a clear picture of the work undertaken.
For those seeking a classic Land Rover that's more than a little out of the ordinary, this IIA will surely appeal.image.png1.3 MB
