The Bay Window T2 is one of the most iconic camper vans ever produced, and among British-market conversions, the Devon name stands tall. Built in Sidmouth, Devon conversions are prized for their practical layouts and quality of execution, and they continue to command a loyal following among VW enthusiasts and camper van devotees.

This 1978 example is a UK-market, right-hand-drive T2 that retains its original air-cooled engine. Finished in blue following a respray carried out approximately 15 years ago, it features the classic Devon pop-top arrangement along with a well-equipped camper interior.

Over the past thirteen years, this handsome camper has been well-kept and dry stored. Although it may need recomissioning before returning to the road, it's a very impressive, very original example that's likely got a fine life of leisure trips ahead of it.
