The Appeal

This is one of the most desirable iterations of BMW's E46 3-series, beautifully specified with all of the sports charisma and refined Bavarian character we've come to expect from the legendary marque. The M-Sport kit, a convertible roof and an individual spec - check out that Fox Red cabin - it's ticking all of the boxes.

Having covered just 62,219 miles across three registered keepers, this 2005 example appears in smart condition for its age, and has been very well cared for, having been treated to new tyres in 2024 and refurbished wheels in 2023. This 3-Series ticks all of the boxes - an eminently drivable, sporty convertible with a highly desirable spec. Not one to be missed!

Hi, could you please tell me how much historical paper work comes with the car and when was the last inspection 2? Is the underbody of the car free from rust? Being at a seaside town I would imagine the environment detrimental to the car? Is the The Rear Axle Carrier Panel good? Will have a crack on the drivers side? Very interested if you could answer all the questions. Thanks. John.

Hi John, I don’t know what an inspection 2 is. As far as I am aware the car is not rusty underneath. Yes, we are a seaside town, but I live away from the sea. The car originated in Aberdeen. Sorry, don’t know what the rear axle carrier panel is. Not sure I’ve been much help, but it is a 20 year old car. The benefits are it being a BMW exclusive with rare interior colour with exceptionally low mileage.
