The Appeal
Even without the connection of a certain smartly dressed international man of mystery, the DB9 is a compelling proposition. Where other GTs tend to err towards sportiness, the Aston is quick and planted yet comfortable and really rather special too, all delivered with the sort of effortlessness associated with its debonair brand ambassador.
The vendor acquired this Meteorite Silver DB9 in 2020. Beyond the popular paintwork colour it sports a good specification, including black leather with silver stitching, Piano Black veneers and front seats with electric operation and memory. The all-important service book and history file show regular attention by main dealers and well-known specialists. The last service was in late 2022, around 5,000 miles ago, and there is a long list of other subsequent work. This includes new headlining, new headlights, tyre sensor, driver’s seat belt, bonnet struts, battery and brake pads. The current MOT runs to July 2027 with no advisories.
The vendor describes the car as a lovely-looking example with a good, smooth drive, and reports the interior to be in good and clean condition. This appears to be a well-maintained DB9 that is ready to be enjoyed.
