The Appeal
The Mk7 Fiesta ST is lauded as one of the greatest hot hatches of its era. But contemporary reviewers had one minor criticism - it could do with more power. Step forward Mountune and its Ford-approved tuning packaging. Cars so equipped got 30bhp more power and paved the way for Ford’s own ST200.
This very smart dark blue metallic car was Mountune-equipped from new and specified with the top ‘ST-3’ trim level. It is in extremely good condition, helped by the very low mileage of 27,000 miles amassed by its two keepers. The grey and black Recaro interior, in particularly, looks barely sat in.
The maintenance records are equally impressive. This is one car where ‘full main dealer service history’ genuinely applies. There is a run of 12 stamps to late 2025 and 25,000 miles, all by Ford main dealers, plus nine Ford stamps for body and paint checks. The cambelt was changed in November 2023 at just under 23,000 miles. The MOT runs to November 2026 with no advisories.
There can be few STs with the specification, condition and maintenance of this one. These cars are garnering enthusiast attention - grab this one before it gets away.

In 2015, Ford UK offered buyers of the Fiesta ST the opportunity to have a Ford Approved upgrade fitted – a Mountune upgrade, along with a K&N filter, adding 30 bhp, taking it to 210 bhp, along with an additional 30nm of torque, making the engine very tractable as well as quick. This led to Ford, the following year, developing the Fiesta ST200. This lovely Fiesta ST3 is one of those rare factory-approved Mountune models finished in Spirit Blue with heated Recaro seats. First registered in November 2014, it has had just two mature owners who have both looked after it exceptionally well.”
