Description
This TR6 was built from the ground up over 18 months, completed in Aug 2006 by well respected Triumph specialists TR Enterprises. Fully strengthened chassis with the appropriate suspension & brakes befitting a race prepared vehicle. The steel bodyshell was blasted, lightened where possible, strengthened and painted Triumph White. Externally the vehicle is shod with fibreglass wings, doors, bonnet, front/ rear valance. The roof is steel but all internals removed.
Safety Devices 6 point full roll cage, alloy foam filled fuel tank. Plumbed in fire extinguisher. 3:9:1LSD rear axle, All steel engine with triple 45 DCOE Webers, ‘dog’ non overdrive gearbox. 7x15? genuine Minilite wheels. Heated front screen. Tilton pedal box assembly. Diff cooler.

Once the car was completed, it’s 1st event was Phoenix Park stages in Dublin August 2006. For 2007 it competed in the HGTCC championship, most British circuits and a trip to Spa Francorchamp in that year along with Phoenix Park once again. Please see link to the race highlights

The TR6 did minimal events in the following year until the current custodian purchased it. It competed in MGCC Thoroughbreds, Swinging 60’s plus invitational races at Spa etc
The car is on the button, ready for it’s next event. The engine was fully refreshed and has had 30 minutes running since. The gearbox has just been fully rebuilt using a brand new ‘dog’ gear set.
