Description
This series 1 was first registered on 1st March 1970 and been in the same family since 1988. It has been in dry storage since 1988 after the owner attempted to change the vacuum unit on the distributor and could not get it started again, so we presume the timing is not correct.
It is in remarkably good condition but will require the usual attention after a period of storage. The bodywork is generally very good and will clean up well. There is some bubbling at bottom of the passenger front door and the nearside rear wheel arch in door shut will need some work. The underside looks to be sound with little more than surface rust. We have taken numerous pictures of the underside and can take any additional ones on request. The Roger comes with current v5 showing only 2 previous owners and outs of old mots dating back to 1987. The last mot was in 2005 when the mileage recorded was 122321.
