Having covered just over 101k miles from new, this example has had five former keepers and comes to market following recent main dealer overhaul.
Recent expenditure includes an engine oil service, replacement front and rear differential oils, new wiper blades, a nearside front wheel bearing, new ABS sensor and, most significantly, replacement timing belt, tensioner and water pump in April 2026, removing one of the largest maintenance items from the list.
In the interests of complete transparency, the inspecting specialist noted corrosion to both rear coil springs, an intermittent radio and a slight oil seep from the front differential. None of these prevent the vehicle from being enjoyed as it stands, but they have been reflected in the asking price.
Pleasingly, the underside remains remarkably original and has not been heavily coated underseal that would disguise its condition. There is the expected age-related surface corrosion in places, but nothing to suggest any reduction in structural integrity
Cosmetically, the bodywork displays age-related scuffs, scratches and the odd small dent, all consistent with a 22-year-old four-wheel drive. A visit to a paintless dent removal specialist and a quality two-stage machine polish would undoubtedly enhance the overall presentation.
Inside, the black leather upholstery with contrasting white stitching remains in particularly good order. The vehicle is supplied with its original book packs, owner’s manuals, the original sales invoice, Mantles Mitsubishi dealer plates and a folder of supporting service history. It also benefits from an MOT until January 2027 and sits on a matching set of quality tyres with excellent tread remaining.
