Description
Riley produced about 500 of these stylish roadsters, and only about 100 were in right hand drive form for the home market. The car was based around the RM 2. 5 litre big four engine, giving ample performance, a capacious cockpit and plenty of room in the boot for suitcases and other large items.
The previous owner bought the car in 1976 and restored it to its current condition over many years. The bodywork is in very good order, as is the interior trim, and all the extensive chrome work is excellent. The car drives very well with very good oil pressure, and no overheating—indeed a new radiator has been fitted in the last few weeks. There is a good hood, side screens and tonneau cover.
This is a rare, eye catching car in very good order and which is ready for immediate use, come rain or shine.
