Welcome to the listing for my 1994 Ford Escort RS Cosworth Lux, the car is a German delivered Left Hand Drive model that was purchased by the previous owner in 2012 with only 49k kms. The car was then delivered to MA Developments Cosworth tuning specialist in the UK for a full build into a car that could deliver 500hp+, keep its air conditioning system and handle the temperatures of the United Arab Emirates which was the cars final destination.
I have known this car for 7 years ago and finally purchased it one year ago off the original owner who had commissioned the build and imported it to the UAE.
The car was complete and in excellent condition, however as we all know Cosworth’s have to be perfect so see below for a list of all parts I have replaced / work done to make the car 100%
You will see the car has 2 'looks' in the pictures , i painted the sidelights to match the headlights, and clear bumper indicators are now fitted
The car was visited here in Dubai by the Escort Cosworth registrar for the RS owners club earlier in the year where it received a 'very good' condition rating and valuation of 75k GBP
I am a British expat living in Dubai UAE for the last 10 years, I also live in Leicestershire UK which is why the Auction location can show the UK , the Cosworth is located with me in Dubai UAE and is registered in my name.
I am happy to export the car worldwide as I have done with many of my previous classic cars that I have owned here in Dubai, the export process in Dubai is very easy and can be completed within a day, with a cost of around 80gbp.
I will then deliver the vehicle by recovery to a shipping company of your choice, I can quickly and easily hand over the vehicle to them the same day payment is received
I am happy to accept most forms of payment (cash / wire transfer / bitcoin crypto) but the payment must be clear before vehicle handover to shippers, i can also organize shipping to other destinations around the world (USA / Canada / Europe)
