The Appeal

Typically known as the 'Coccinelle' in France, the Beetle continues to hold a remarkable presence. Simple to the core and utilitarian to its benefit, these German-built 'people's cars' were practically synonymous with the day-to-day driver. The 'Cox' convertible - after all, Coccinelle Covertible is a bit of a mouthful - became particularly popular. A perfect summer season car.

This particular 1960 example presents in an eye-catching red and white colour scheme and has been in the same ownership for over 30 years. Having benefited from a restoration in 2000 and careful dry storage throughout its life, this classic Beetle is now ready and waiting for its lucky new owner.
