Built for long-distance touring around Europe, the Type 2 Microbus Deluxe “Samba” can be considered one of the forerunners of the modern people carrier. While the examples built in Wolfsburg are becoming increasingly rare, Volkswagen do Brasil also produced these premium Type 2 Split Screen models.
