The BMW 8 Series was the Bavarian manufacturer's flagship grand tourer of the 1990s, and for its time was as bold as a Beamer could get. This big, bulky and high-octane-sounding car was meant to set the stage for the future of the marque, with an impressively aerodynamic profile, pop-up headlights and seemingly effortless charisma throughout.
Sadly, the impressive tourer launched during a recession, and was quietly axed in 1999 having sold only 30,609 units. That's good news for modern enthusiasts, though - the car is climbing up the charts impressively as a charismatic, bold and effortlessly cool tourer, and there's never been a better time to get your hands on one.
