Description
The car was built by me on a 1936 chassis , no: 47162, in the true likeness of the Brunet car-chassis 46625 in 1993 with the help of Delahaye experts in France and UK. It has FIVA passport & FIA-HTP so can compete in races and rallies. It is a member of Delahaye Club & VSCC. It has ably competed at many races, hillclimbs & rallies in Europe. I have decided to retire and so will pass it on to someone who hopefully will find as much joy with it as my wife and I did. It has often put me on the podium, yet is a really comfortable road car. I must say I have had very many compliments on it's appearance and performance, at- Prescott Hillclimb, Coupe de l'Age d'Or-Coupe des Dames-Montlhery, GPs Historique at Nogaro, Comminges, Tours-Vintage Montlhery-Vernasca SilverFlag hillclimb-Italy, Le Vigeant, the 'French Highland Fling'rally around Scotland, and it's home event-Les Remparts at Angouleme-sw France. spare parts such as dismantled engine and Cotal 35KG gearbox and lots of bits available.
