Very nice condition, thousands spend over the years, not much needed to get to near perfect.
Stainless Steel back box, new professionally rebuilt carbs, used every day and totally reliable.
Good roof, nice interior, new carpets. Great fun to drive goes great 2-5 up! Sounds lovely at any speed.
Head turner, everyone has a tale to tell and stops you to say " I learned to drive in one of those"..."my Aunty had one" " oooh I love your car" takes you back to a happier time and people are friendly smile and wave.
I won't yack on, do come and view, you know you want this car and you won't be disappointed.
The chassis shows evidence of repair over the years but is solid and flew through the MOT.
Body work is at first glance very good but there is bubbling along rear deck seams, damage to passengers door (whoops the garage door is narrow!) and a bit of bleeding through on wings by bonnet catches.
All polishes up a treat, paintwork and chrome.
The boot is carpeted and dry.
There is a tonneaux and a cover for the rear deck for when the roof is down.
The roof and tonneauex material is in very good condition, it is not a cheap roof, it has all the proper little flaps etc
The clear plastic windows are still clear and not cracked
