Here is my beloved 924S offered for sale. I have owned this car for approximately 18 months and have spent many hours and plenty of money to bring it to the standard you see here now.
This car has been a well loved example as can be seen by the extensive history folder that includes many receipts for the work done to the car over the years, totalling many thousands of pounds. The original service book is included and this along with the full wad of MOT's verify the cars history/ mileage up until the car was taken off the road in 2002. Unfortunately when I got my hands on the car it had seen better days and required a fair amount of work due to being left to stand for several years.

Cream carpets + black pinstripe seats in excellent condition
New front discs + several new brake lines
Front of engine service recently done, including all oil seals, balance belt and cam belt and new idler rollers
water pump + tensioner done under 8k miles ago
All fluids recently changed (semi synth oil + filter, coolant, brake fluid)
New fuel pump relay – common fault on these cars
New cam cover gasket
New bonnet badge
Refurbished 'cookie cutter' alloys with excellent dunlop tyres all round (3 brand new under 1000 miles)
Absolutely no rust (Galvanised body)Good exhaust with tubular manifold – non standard I believe
Original engine undertray included but not yet fitted (will try to get this on before sale) – these are apparently quite rare
Bad bits:
The usual cracked dash (as seen on most 924/ 944) due to sun damage
The passenger window is slow – this simply needs a service, I have done the drivers but not yet got around to doing this one, however I may do before selling.
Bonnet gas struts are weak
Absolutely everything electrical on this car works, which is quite astonishing considering the age! It starts first time, drives very well and pulls strongly with no smoke/ rattles/ bangs. The bodywork is straight with only an odd minor parking ding here and there as you might expect on a car this age.
I am sure I will regret selling her but a new project awaits (kit car) and my other half insists that four cars isn't an option, so this has to go!
Any trial welcome, but no timewasters/ tyre kickers please.
