This car is nearing the end of a comprehensive restoration with all the hard work done. All the parts required to complete the car have been sourced and are included in the sale except as stated. To summarise the car comes complete with:
New window glass and the rubbers and channels to fit them, inner frames have also been painted and are ready to fit.
Period (possibly original) tool kit in roll, starter handle and grease gun.
New door cards (made but need trimming).
Carpets (made but remainder need fitting, those fitted need adjustment).
Three new tyres, new front wheel bearings and new battery fitted March 2008.
New window winder handles.
There are old door trim panels for trim patterns from 2 cars included.
Full car cover.
Also comes with a file of documents including:
Original instruction book plus photocopy.
Original Lubrication and care of the Wilson pre-selective self changing gearbox book.
Photocopy of parts book.
Laminated wiring diagram.
Two buff log books.
Historical advertising material relating to the car.
Receipts etc..
Work previously done which needs to be corrected:
Voltage regulator fitted but wired incorrectly, currently disconnected.
Speedo driven gear needs replacing but a 5 minute job and I have located one.
Why am I selling it? I am going to concentrate on the marques I already have from now on. I belong to so many clubs that I do not have time to enjoy any of my cars.
