If you're a purist stop reading this, here is a TA with a fortune spend on a rebuild so it would drive like a modern car with the looks of a vintage one. How about this: a restored TA chassis, specially made body with TA slabtank and TA doors, cycle wings with beautiful spats, mated to an XPAG (TC) engine connected to a five speed gearbox, a purpose made prop shaft to mate the gearbox with the special diff from a MG Z type built into a MGB back axle, rose jointed unions on rack and pinion steering, sliding trunion suspension with modern shock absorbers. If that is all too technical, just imagine: the twin spare wheel carrier, the special body, the brookland aero screens the beautiful spats and the bucket seats. All this really make this car look and drive gorgeous. Not for the fainthearted though, without wheathergear racing in the open it looks like a million, sounds like a little race car and only costs you 15750 EURO. Believe me; the building costs of this little jewel are much higher.
