The Fiat 1101 Campagnola is one of Italy's most characterful post-war utility vehicles, developed in the early 1950s as Fiat's answer to the Land Rover and Jeep. Rugged, capable and distinctly Italian in its engineering, the Campagnola carved out a loyal following among farmers, explorers and the Italian military alike. The civilian variants, produced in far smaller numbers than their military counterparts, are today the more collectable of the two and have become increasingly difficult to source as survivors dwindle.

This 1972 example is one of the sought-after late-production models built between 1970 and 1973, which benefited from the final round of factory improvements before the model was succeeded by the Nuova Campagnola. The VIN confirms this as a civilian 1101A model, not the more commonly encountered military variant. Described by the vendor as highly original, this Campagnola is equipped with leather seats, a detachable roof and a full-size spare wheel.
