I would love to keep this car, without doubt the original "wolf in sheep's clothing" and one of the all time greats; looks , speed and comfort.
Well sorted but not over restored , painted yes, but retaining its original Leather interior , headlining and door cards this really is a genuine well maintained example.
Finished in DB-903 Blue with fabulous original soft Navy Leather and a great specification to include; Air Conditioning, electric windows, front headrests, central locking and a Becker Grand Prix radio.
Sold new in Tacoma Washington USA to Roger W Peck, an international league baseball player and founder of the Peck Field and Athletic Complex Tacoma. Peck's name is in the original service book with 19 stamps showing thus illustrating that this car was maintained with no corners cut, it drives as such too. Total mileage to date; 107, 500 covered.
The car remained stateside until 2014 when a collector brought it back to Europe complete with all the original books, service manual , original T cards and delivery plate making this a "full House" 6. 3 !
Just before we acquired this car the first UK owner had a full re-commissioning service done to include the air conditioning . This was carried out by well known 6. 3 Guru Roger Edwards of Amersham .
Good examples like this are hard to find in largely unrestored condition and are now getting the attention they deserve , in fact at Essen this year my favourite car of the show was the 300 sel 6. 3 on the Mercedes stand, a masterpiece.
