The Ford Model T, colloquially known as the "tin Lizzie" or “leaping Lena “is an automobile produced by Ford Motor Company. It is generally regarded as the first affordable automobile, which made car travel available to middle-class Americans in the 1900s. Production of the Ford Model T officially ended after 15 million units had been built. Even before it lost favour to larger, more powerful, and more luxurious cars, the Model T, had become an American folkloric symbol, essentially realizing Ford’s goal to “democratize the automobile.”
The quest to make it real—there's an interesting unwritten rule about old Ford hot rods, and that as long as the car has a genuine Ford-produced body it's still a Ford. This 1927 style Ford Model T Roadster Replica is finished in elegant Purple Violet with a beautiful black interior. As a homage to the Legendary 1927 Ford Model T Roadster, this incredible motorcar was first registered in 1953 and was built using a Ford sports drivetrain. We are pleased to offer this exquisite Replica to the most sophisticated collector or enthusiast who wants to drive and enjoy this great classic.
Though the Model T were only produced until 1927, Ford sold over 15 million examples, and the car eventually helped Ford transition from pioneer to a modern automaker.
