The Appeal
The Frogeye Sprite remains a popular sports car, with its its playful styling and busy little twin-carb A-series engine powering the rear wheels.
This particular car benefits from having undergone a full restoration, with photographic documentation provided, and remains in beautiful condition and features a reconditioned engine and gearbox.
Produced in the MG factory in Abingdon-on-Thames in 1959, this Frogeye Sprite was exported to the USA, which was the destination of many British sports cars at the time. The vendor tells us that they purchased this Austin-Healey from the family of the gentleman who had been restoring it, in York, New York State, USA. The car was brought back to the UK and the restoration was completed here.

Summary
