You can spend hundreds of thousands on a flash new campervan, but we'll wager they don't have a log burner... We're also prepared to bet some swanky plastic palace won't be around in sixty years' time, unlike this utterly brilliant 1960 Atkinson Mk1 lorry with generous living quarters.

The Atkinson Mk1 is among the most revered British commercial vehicles of its era, and this 1960 example pairs the legendary Gardner 150 diesel with a 6x4 chassis, a specification that commands real attention at any rally or show. About eight years ago, this lorry underwent a thorough concours-level restoration, after which it reportedly won every show it was entered in. It has since been fitted with a well-appointed living body, creating a unique proposition as both a head-turning classic and a self-contained home on wheels.
