The Attractions
Distinguished by a very simple name and exquisite styling, the Mk2 is probably one of the most important saloons ever built. With sculptural bodywork and an interior reminiscent of an exclusive gentleman's club, it also had performance to match its looks.
This was thanks to the XK engine honed at Le Mans, available in three displacements. While many lean towards the 3.8, enthusiasts respect the 3.4 for its similar power and smoother delivery. When mated to the manual gearbox with overdrive (MOD), it makes these cars as sporty as they are suitable for long-distance journeys.
With an elegant paint job in classic black and a contrasting red leather interior, this is a magnificent example of these beautiful cars. With only two owners from new, it was imported to Italy nine years ago. The engine was recently overhauled and comes with an overhaul certificate confirming its excellent condition.

- Wood trim presentable but with some visible deterioration on front door trim
