The W115 was Mercedes-Benz's entry-level saloon of the late 1960s and early 1970s, built with the same over-engineering and durability that defined the marque's larger models. This 1970 example is noted as one of the last to feature the column-mounted gear selector.
This right-hand drive example is reportedly offered with an extensive history file and has benefited from a replacement automatic gearbox. The vendor reports that the interior remains original, including the factory radio. Bodywork is acknowledged as requiring cosmetic attention, but new panels are supplied to assist the next owner in bringing it up to a high standard.
