Extensively refurbished during current ownership of approximately eight years
Garage-stored and reportedly never driven in the rain since 2018
The Appeal
With the Fiat 500 becoming the stuff of legend so quickly, it's little wonder that the executive motorist fancied a go - and demanded a little more interior comfort compared to the blue-collar audience the car tended to target. This led to the Lusso, with its more refined interior trim, and today it's arguably the most amiable of the classic 500s.
This 1971 example, affectionately known as 'Florence,' was imported from Italy in 2017 and has been in the current owner's care since 2018. During that time, a number of components have been replaced, including electronic ignition, a new steering box and a full interior re-trim with new seat foams and covers.
Reportedly starting first time and said to drive well, it's now ready and waiting for its lucky new keeper - who we're sure will find it very rewarding. IMG_1105 Peter Clarke.jpeg3.7 MB
