The plus

In 1969, Honda unveiled the CB750 to the world. After winning over a large public with its smaller models, it was logical for the Japanese brand to offer a larger motorbike for the American and European markets. Yet even Honda probably had no idea that they had just created an absolute masterpiece of the motorcycling world.

The CB750 has been acclaimed like few other motorbikes before it, to the point where it is now considered one of the best motorbikes of the XXᵉ century. Indeed, the Society of Automotive Engineers of Japan, Inc. ranked it among the 240 major innovations in the history of Japanese automotive engineering. Even today, when you think of a retro motorbike, it's often the CB750 that immediately springs to mind.

This example is a CB750K1, a version introduced in 1970 and produced for only one year, in a limited range of colours. This model comes in superb Candy Gold and has just 18,700 km on the clock. Recently imported from Southern California, this bike has undergone a complete mechanical overhaul and is now ready to delight its next owner.
