The Appeal

The Beetle's characterful lines and austere mechanics have made it amongst the most legendary vehicles of all time - an easy, accessible car for a post-war world. While 'classy' may not be the immediate thing that comes to mind, this Karmann convertible is undeniably that.

Boasting an impressive two-tone colour scheme, an attractive ivory leather cabin and such detailing as an attractive zodiac steering wheel, this 1978 Beetle goes beyond the car's usual station into a distinctive retro classic that's loaded with class and character.

This Beetle has been meticulously maintained, with over £5,000 invested in rebuilding the engine, upgrading the steering, and overhauling the underside. The car has been stored in a dry garage for the past 5 years, keeping it in fine fettle, ready and waiting for its lucky new owner.
