The Appeal

The Triumph Trident T160 is a revered classic motorcycle, and in its day, was one of the most technically advanced bikes in the world. Indeed, many motorcycle historians tend to vouch for this as the industry's first superbike - having pipped the legendary Honda CB750 at the post by a scant few weeks.

As the last of the Trident series, the T160V holds a special place in the hearts of enthusiasts, combining British engineering with a unique three-cylinder engine that offers a smooth and powerful ride.

This particular 1975 Triumph Trident T160V stands out due to its well-documented history and careful ownership. With only three owners from new and the current owner having cherished it for 27 years, this motorcycle is a superb example through and through. The vendor informs us that the bike is in stunning original condition, having been kept in a heated dry garage and never exposed to wet conditions.
