The Appeal
As far as American muscle cars go there are few more evocative than the Chevrolet Corvette and the third generation “C3” is arguably the most striking of the bunch. Taking inspiration from Larry Shinoda's Mako shark concept, the C3 Corvette was a complete redesign that featured much more aggressive styling than its predecessor.
With a striking aesthetic dominated by sweeping, muscular lines, as well as a huge choice of V8 engines, the C3 continued to be a top seller for GM and remains a popular classic today for those who want a bit more clout to their Corvette.
This particular matching numbers Stingray features a 5.7-litre small block V8 with Edelbrock performance upgrades standard producing 190bhp but now due it’s Edelbrock upgrades producing 210bhp and looks absolutely stunning with its white exterior over dark red interior colour combination. It's a desirable model that presents incredibly well throughout and would make an excellent addition to anyone's collection, or as a weekend toy for the discerning muscle car aficionado.
