The Appeal

The Giugiaro-styled Alfasud had been around in one form or another since 1971 but following some revisions, What Car’s Car of the Year awards declared the Alfasud Ti as their first winner of the best small saloon category in 1978.

Noted for it’s handling prowess, the Alfasud’s low-slung flat-four engine, in-board brakes, five-speed gearbox and raspy exhaust note offers an exciting and practical example of classic Italian motoring.

Rarely preserved in such fantastic condition, you’ll be hard pushed to find an unrestored Alfasud Coupé such as this one. It looks incredible from every angle, and being the 1.5 Ti, it is undoubtedly one you’ll want to own.

Driven sparingly and garaged all it’s life, the Rosso Red paintwork is gleaming and there are no immediate signs of corrosion anywhere. The external trim is also in great condition, and the original interior, highly presentable - a collectors dream.

Purchased locally, it has been lovingly cared for by just two family members, and having been dry stored since 2014, this rarity has now been recommissioned by the vendor and is also ready for the road once more.
