Exterior in good condition considering the age and mileage
The Appeal
With over 2 million models produced and a 67-year production run, the Land Rover Series and more specifically, the Defender, is a vehicle known well throughout the world. A no nonsense design which offered unrivalled functionality and off-road capability meant Land Rover had discovered a successful formula that became loved by many.
The 110 pick up variant gave for added functionality if you needed to move large loads, transport equipment or even set up camp for the night. Furthermore, the 2.5L turbo diesel engine is renowned to be one of Land Rover's best, their first turbo engine which helped sales rise again after its release in 1986. Since being discontinued in 2016, classic Defenders are only becoming rarer as time moves on. 5ce8zvDpWXKUElwlIwVGvMHl4YbCnQ6UlbU8rbLA.jpg924.06 KB

As Land Rovers go, this 110 Defender pick-up is a truly utilitarian vehicle. The 110 offers a slightly longer wheel base over the 90 model and when configured in the pick-up format the possibilities really are endless. This example has been well looked after and has received a respray in white which certainly helps the vehicle stand out.
The current owner has kept the vehicle covered and garaged when not in use which gives for an exterior that has remained in good condition throughout. The 2.5L engine was recently serviced and with the correct and regular maintenance, will certainly keep chugging along for many more miles.
This proves to be a cherished and well looked after Defender now looking for a new home where it can continue to thrive, either on or off road!
