The Appeal
After specialising in Lotus Elan restoration and improvement for some years, Lincolnshire-based firm Vegantune decided to manufacture their own sports car, inspired by the Elan. Using modern technology including carbon fibre and kevlar construction as well as their own tuned engines, the Evantes proved immensely capable sports cars and were effectively the ultimate version of a '60s Lotus.
