The Appeal
The Range Rover Classic with the 3.5-litre V8 and a manual gearbox is among the most desirable configurations of this iconic British 4x4. This 1988 example, finished in its original Alaskan Blue, has been thoughtfully backdated with period-correct features - including a period grille, Rostyle wheels, classic steering wheel and 'hard dash' - to evoke the character of earlier Range Rovers while retaining the mechanical refinements of the later cars.
With only three former registered keepers and an extensive history file, this is a well-documented example. The current owner purchased it in December 2025 and has since improved the carburettor set-up, fitted a new starter motor and put new tyres all round. The vendor describes it as the best-running and sounding Range Rover Classic they have driven and has used it regularly on journeys between Surrey and the South West without issue.
