First registered on the 3rd of January 1994, this 911 may very well have been one of the earliest to grace the roads. Despite reaching its thirtieth birthday, the Porsche has covered a mere 81,788 miles.
It should be noted that the vehicle was previously declared as a Cat C write-off prior to 2007, with the pictured repairable damage to the rear corner. We're informed that the Porsche was then repaired to a high standard, as reported by the completion engineer, and now stands in very good overall condition.

Finished in Amaranth Violet, this particular example is of course a fantastic showcase of the iconic design and never fails to turn heads wherever it ventures. Despite its age, the finish remains quite impressive, offering glossy purple paintwork, with only a few very minor signs of age to show. These include the pictured blemishes to the lower arch sections, along with the expected minor signs of use towards the front end. That said, the paintwork does remain impressive for its age, and would only no doubt improve with a machine polish.

Details such as badging, glass and lights also present themselves well for their age, with seemingly only light cracking to a few of the light lenses. As the images reflect, these are of course very minor defects and hardly detract from a gorgeous, eye-catching 993.
Contrasting beautifully against the eye-catching Amaranth Violet paintwork, the interior shows delightful light grey leather upholstery, offering plenty of comfort, and providing a rather airy, spacious cabin for passengers. There are also a few modern touches to enjoy, including electronic seat adjustment, and Tiptronic controls at your fingertips.
As the images show, the interior reflects plenty of care over the years, and now stands in fantastic condition, particularly for its age. Both front seats show only the expected light blemishes, and remain very comfortable, with clean finishes to show. Having seen significantly less use, the rear seats also boast an excellent finish, with no concerning marks.
Carpeting throughout the cabin also retains a rather tidy finish, and with thorough detail would very likely be on its way to looking like new. The black headliner follows suit, albeit with a few incredibly light markings to show, which would also likely benefit from a quick dash of TLC.

Not only sitting in the sweet spot in terms of styling, the 993 is also praised for its impressive performance, and key mechanical features. Expanding upon the 964’s performance, this 993 features an upgraded 3.6L air-cooled flat-six, arguably offering some of the finest air-cooled performance from the 911 family. The 993 also benefits from new lightweight subframes and key suspension improvements, resulting in a much more stable, and quality ride.
Buyers will be pleased to know that this example does of course live up to its reputation, firing up with a turn of the key, and performing brilliantly throughout the gears. The car’s excellent mechanical health can of course be attributed to regular servicing, an array of rather recent maintenance, and also, the low mileage covered.
The current keeper would like to note that the most recent service at 81,638 miles by Porschtek does note a few advisory comments including a minor oil leak, worn lower arm bushes, and the expected surface corrosion to the rear springs and front, and rear flexis. That said, these don’t affect the car’s current performance and can be addressed at a later date, without much concern.
