The History and Paperwork 

• The service booklet come with all 12 service stamps from PDI to 2008 at 70,000 miles and has only covered 5000 miles since 
• Original booklets and folder 
• Two keys with two fobs 
• Original owner/user document 
• Clean MOT in may with no advisories 

The Interior

• Very tidy overall interior with some wear in the high contact areas including seat bolsters and steering wheel 
• The cream leather interior, particularly the front seats could use a light clean and treatment to bring them up to par with the rest of the interior but overall there is no major repairs needed 
• Original radio/cassette has been replaced for a Clarion head unit 
• The rear seats have evidently had little use and are in super condition along with the alcantara door card inserts. There is also a reading/access light for the rear seats, both of which are working 
• All four windows are electronically operated from the centre console, all of which are working as intended 
• The dashboard and gauges are in perfect order with nice clear dials and no evidence of cracking on the top of the dashboard 
• Overall the entire interior is a delight with no significant wear or marks and given this is a near 30 year old car it has survived remarkably well 

The Exterior 

• Beautiful black metallic paint with a black cloth roof, all presented very well and look fresh and tidy with virtually no dings, dents or scuffs that we saw 
• Items prone to ageing such as the plastic trims and lenses have all survived well with no significant ageing or fading, true evidence of care 
• 15 inch, 10 spoke wheels are the perfect choice for this car, really complimenting the exterior and have been well cared for, showing some marks but still retaining a good glossy silver finish and even all the locking nut covers still remain 
• The black cloth hood is very nice indeed, with no real fading, marks or mould to see, evidently properly cared for through its life and ready for years to come 
• Saab registration plates are fitted which are very clean and all the badges are in good order with some light patina on the model badge 

The Mechanics 

• Wonderful 2.0 Saab engine known for its reliability and performance mated to a 5 speed manual transmission for a great driving experience 
• Original tool kit and spare wheel remain in part 
• The engine bay is clean and tidy with no modifications and from what we could tell, the original paint on the valve cover 
• All the plastics are nicely dressed and presented and no evidence of significant damage to note 
• It would appear the battery is recently replaced
• A look underneath you can see the wheel arches are totally solid and in great condition along with the chassis that is also outstanding for the age. There does not appear to be any sign of significant corrosion or leaks and by this it is likely the car was rarely used in the rain or winter months for a good portion of its life 
• There is an SRS telltale showing while the engine is running which may need to be addressed
