The Appeal
The 993 can arguably be regarded as the ultimate iteration of the classic air cooled line, the C2S, with the Turbo wide body and increased power to 285bhp. Being one of the last C2S built, and benefiting from the post-95 ‘Varioram’ induction system.
Just 344 RHD C2S cars reached the UK, and only 93 of those had the versatile 4spd Tiptronic gearbox. Acquired new by a titled keeper, who remained the proud custodian until 2022, with the second keeper to date.
Finished in Zenith Blue metallic with grey leather, a fantastic example the revered 911. Despite the passage of 28 years, it remains in extremely fine condition, the cabin in showing virtually no signs of wear, similarly the Turbo-look alloys. As to be expected with such loyal ownership, the car has been well maintained. The service book shows regular attention by Porsche Main Dealers and specialists in the UK and Switzerland.
The last service was at 93,651 miles in 2022. The car has covered barely any miles since. The current MOT runs to April 2026 and is reassuringly advisory-free. With ever popular and enthusiastic interest in these later air-cooled 911s, here is an opportunity to enquire a fine example with excellent provenance, the right car in the right spec.

✓ We also check whether vehicles are recorded as being written off as part of an insurance total loss claim at the time an advert is placed on Car & Classic and we helpfully provide write-off category labels (Cat C/D/S/N) for your assistance. However, the presence or absence of a label does not guarantee the vehicle’s status and it is always worthwhile carrying out your own full vehicle history check before making an offer on a vehicle.
