The Appeal
The name is entirely fitting, because Harley’s Road King was built for touring and cruising, its distinctive style delivering something close to commanding. These bikes have a huge following, and we expect this low-mileage, high-specification 1998 example to be in demand.
The vendor acquired it in 2001 and is only selling it as circumstances have changed. It has been used very sparingly, amassing just 6,066 miles from new. The result is a very well-preserved bike whose high specification, including an array of classic Harley ‘Live to Ride, Ride to Live’ badges, also sets it apart.
A run of advisory-free MOTs from new attests to its impressive provenance. The current test runs to March 2026, also with no advisories. It had a service by Full Bore at 6,026 miles when new tyres were also fitted.
The vendor says:
“Stunning bike, with no issues, ready to enjoy.”
