The Appeal
If you want to honour Her Majesty’s most famous Secret Service man, you could, of course, buy a Silver Birch Aston Martin. But why not go straight to the source, and arguably one better, with this car? It is one of 10 RHD Volante Jubilees, the very cars built by Aston Martin to celebrate Her Majesty herself.
Aston Martin dealership Stratstone of Mayfair commissioned the factory to build 24 special ‘Jubilee Edition’ cars for, naturally, the Queen’s Golden Jubilee. 19 were built in RHD, of which 10 were Volantes like this car. Each car got a lengthy bespoke specification including special Jubilee Blue paintwork, magnolia hide, Italian Walnut veneers and special-order 19in wheels.
This car retains those features and is a fine example of the beautiful DB7. Beyond the compelling exclusive specification, it is an exceptionally low-mileage car with a full service history. Often with low mileage cars the maintenance is full of gaps, but not here. Check the photos of the service book to see what we mean
With just three keepers from new and a lengthy MOT to May 2026 with no advisories, this is a very special example of the perennially appealing DB7 V12.
