The Appeal
Powered by the legendary LS1 V8 and paired with a six-speed manual gearbox, the fourth-generation Pontiac Firebird WS6 represented the pinnacle of the Firebird range. Combining aggressive styling with formidable V8 performance, it delivered an authentic American muscle car experience. With relatively few examples ever imported, the WS6 remains an exceptionally rare sight on UK roads.
This 2002 example has been dry stored in a climate-controlled unit during the current ownership, and the vendor describes it as a solid and reliable car to drive. It benefits from a couple of aftermarket upgrades and has had a recent oil and filter change, we are told. With an MOT valid until October 2026, and supported by copies of old MOTs and some service history, this WS6 should appeal to fans of American muscle.
