The Appeal
Whether it’s due to its royal warrant or sheer ruggedness, the Land Rover Defender is a constant presence in the UK. Practically unchanged since its earlier years, the Defender’s boxy profile and roaring diesel engine are still common sights in rural idylls, and remain one of the most capable off-roaders on the market. The crew cab provides the practicality of the truck bed with a six-seater passenger vehicle - tow vehicle, off-roader or Sunday driver, this Defender is about as versatile as it comes.
This example has a good working history, a full stack of invoices and shows minimal wear commensurate with age. Since the original Defender ended production in 2016, these rugged vehicles are constantly being worn down due to their often utilitarian roles - so examples like this are becoming increasingly rare.
While the Land Rover is ubiquitous, the nature of their work means that they’re often kept until completely life expired. We may hold a pre-authorisation charge on your card until the end of the auction when the hold will be cancelled. If you win, we'll take a security deposit which counts towards the payment for the vehicle and isn't any extra cost to you.
