Arguably the start of Aston's modern era, the DB9 was introduced in 2003 as the new upmarket model to replace the DB7. Equipped with the usual Aston trademarks such as an attractive and stately appearance, sumptuous and sporty interior and of course an astounding V12 engine, the DB9 was designed to be a more widely-produced model, with the ambition of producing up to 1,500 cars per year from their new Gaydon facility.
This 2006 example was supplied by Harwoods, Sussex and is presented in good condition with a great maintenance portfolio. Finished in the popular Tungsten Metallic paint with Phantom interior trim with Piano veneer, this is a gorgeous example of the model in a beautiful colour combination. The interior of this DB9 is presented in good condition with small signs of use. The beautiful layout was Aston's first attempt at a more modern experience and it's safe to say they executed it perfectly. It’s sporty luxury with a touch of elegance, accomplished with superbly styled and supportive seats finished in black hand-stitched leather, Piano black veneer and a mixture of solid aluminium dials and chromed buttons.
The front heated seats are presented in good condition, the rears also but with a few small blemishes but both are free from any signs of large wear. Overall this is a superb environment and one that makes you feel you are at the wheel of something special.
THE EXTERIOR
Great condition
Tungsten metallic paint
Small blemishes present
Upgraded rear lights with clear lamps
Instantly recognisable the DB9 really excelled Aston Martin into a new era. Its sweeping, seductive styling and famous front end have become the go-to look for Aston, but when you create perfection it's hard to stray from it. Presented well with a few small stone chips to the front and a small blemish to the rear bumper, the car is in well-kept condition.
The multi-spoke alloys do also feature a few marks but are generally not noticeable. Stunning, standing still or on the move, the appearance of the DB9 is something you will never tire of. Park it on the drive, outside the pub or in a supermarket car park, it will outshine everything. jNAU4K6j5vANohzGYvyXTBejUUcMawMxheiqY9of.jpg1.08 MB
