The Appeal
Range Rover’s 2004 Stormer concept heavily previewed the new Sport, signalling a more youthful, sportier look for the iconic brand. This 2007 supercharged HST is one of the rare factory models to be fitted with the limited edition, £5,000-option ‘Stormer’ body kit that was inspired by the concept car.
Finished in popular black with a matching perforated leather interior, this low mileage Sport was bought new by a Saudi prince, who retained it until January this year. From new it has been stored in a temperature-controlled, dehumidified unit at a cost of £7,000 a year. That likely explains not only the low mileage but the impressive condition.
A detailed spreadsheet documents the servicing and maintenance since 2012 to 2025. The vendor tells us that the car was also serviced correctly between 2007 and 2012. Recent work includes a gearbox service in March 2025. The current MOT runs to October 2026 with no advisories.
The supercharged 400bhp L320 certainly put the sport into Range Rover. This car’s interesting spec and provenance ensure it stands out.
The vendor says:
“It is super smooth to drive, sounds lovely with the supercharger whine. The comfort level is next level on air. What I love most about it is the feeling it rewards you with when you drive it. The high-up position where you can see all corners of the car feeds you with confidence. Knowing you have almost 400 bhp under your foot if needed. It is EXTREMELY torquey; it doesn't struggle to pull its weight at all compared to other 4x4s. There is a thing about Land Rovers that you cannot quite put your finger on that keeps people buying them. Even though they have a reputation for breaking down, people buy them again. With this you can rest assured because of it's history a breakdown will not be on the cards. I REALLY want to highlight this car's ownership provenance, the way it was stored, the low mileage, the mechanical and body condition.”IMG_9920.jpg291.3 KBHistory and Paperwork

The vendor says:
“The car was purchased by a Saudi Prince (all details can be given to the winning bidder of which prince) from Charles Hurst in South Kensington in 2007. He was the owner of this vehicle until January 2026. This is a genuinely rare opportunity, please emphasise this, to own what is, without exaggeration, the finest Range Rover Sport from this year. It is a HST Supercharged Stormer edition. It is in remarkable condition because from day one the car has been stored in a temperature and humidity-controlled environment at a cost of £7000 per year. It has never been left exposed to the elements, and as a result, it presents in a condition that is impossible to replicate. Completely rust-free, unlike the vast majority of these examples. Underbody and structural components show no age related deterioration. It is on Continental Sport Contact Tyres and the brake discs have no lip. Best of all the car has provenance. I really want to highlight that. If you look through the MOT history, you will see it has passed the vast majority of inspections with no advisories, and when there are, it is for something minor like a nail in the tyre. The car was only used when the Prince was in residence in London. On average this car travelled 3000 miles a year.”

The vendor says:
“The overall condition is impeccable. The paintwork is all original and has a high shine and deep gloss. Reflections in the paint are almost mirror like. If you look close enough there will be the odd 'mark' but you have to inspect it under show room lights to find these. The wheels are probably the worst-condition parts as they do have kerbing, but they are original to the car, and they are the highly desirable Stormer wheels first seen on the concept car. They will not break or buckle as Land Rover stress test these to astronomical limits unlike many aftermarket wheels you tend to find on these models. Underneath it is solid as a rock. No rot anywhere. All the brake hoses, air suspension lines are in A1 condition. The air suspension works like a dream, no leaks or faults anywhere, because of the way it was stored.
“The interior is in A1 condition, with the exception of the driver seat. There is a tear in the lower bolster, but this should not detract from the overall condition. The rest of the seats look like they have never been sat in. It has the original load cover and the carpets were given a wet vac when I took ownership. The headliner is in A1 condition with no sign of sagging. The sunroof works flawlessly and drains all the water perfectly. All the instruments and switchgear work perfectly. It has Logic 7 sound system with a subwoofer, an actual fridge, heating elements in the windscreen, AC and heater work perfectly, 4 heated seats, sat nav, adaptive cruise control, bi-xenon headlights, HST styling which was a £5000 option (I have the options list and prices), all the 4x4 elements work perfectly.”

The vendor says:
“The mechanics are the best part of the car. Many people shy away from these because of how they have been treated. This has had the best start in life, so mechanically it is wonderful. The engine starts first time every time and is smooth as silk. The gearbox was serviced in 2025. No warning lights anywhere on the dashboard. As the prince's company handled all the finances, I have a printout of all the money spent on the car, totalling thousands in general maintenance, such as services and brake discs. In 2012, the company's computer system was changed, and they lost what was spent on the car between 2007 and 2012. Because of this car's provenance and ultra-high net worth ownership, I'm hoping the bidder will understand that, of course, services were completed, but they have been misplaced up to 2012. After that I have all the proof. The car is factory-standard apart from privacy glass added to the rear of the vehicle.”
