The Appeal
Morgan’s 3L V6 was a clever update of its classic high-performance sports car, the Plus 8. Equipped with a lighter engine that was even more powerful than its bigger predecessor. Reviewers loved it, praising its balanced handling and thrilling performance.
These are great cars and this one is particularly so. It is classically finished in well-preserved dark blue with a complementary tan leather cabin, a combination that is neatly accented by the bright chromework. Factory fitted options include Morgan bonnet strap, tonneau cover, side screen cover, boot rack with side screen holder and rear hood opening. There is also a Morgan leather seatcase with straps to secure it to the rack.
Then there is the mileage - in its 15 years the car has barely covered more than the annual mileage of a daily driver - just 15,000 miles.
Despite the sparing use by its trio of keepers the car has been regularly serviced by Morgan. The last work was by specialist Bell & Colvin of Guildford in October 2024, with the car barely used since.
The current keeper has carefully curated the car since buying it in 2022. That has included always garaging it and using professional fitted protective covers. The car comes to market in very good working order with a long MOT to October 2025.
