The Appeal
When you call your bike the Hellcat Combat you’re aiming to communicate something. In the case of the X-132 it’s that this is a series pair of wheels. So serious, in fact, that this bike is the land speed record holder at over 172mph at Bonneville. It is, we are told, the fastest big block twin ever built.
The specification is both extensive and exciting, as you might expect. We’ve provided highlights below. Central to it all, of course, is that 132CI 2,168cc 160bhp V-Twin.
Just 36 X-132 Hellcat Combats were built and this is bike number 3. It has been treated as a collector-piece since first registration and used, we are told, merely for test runs. The result is a stand-out bike with some evocative detailing like the military-style green tank and decals.
With so few produced, these bikes are rare arrivals on the market. This one has the quality, condition and sparing use to appeal to discerning collectors.
