The Appeal
Bentley doesn’t mess about. Between the wars its Bentley Boys pummelled the Mulsanne Straight into submission with their Speed models. Decades later the simple, entirely appropriate name returned for the 600bhp, 202mph version of the Continental GT and GTC.
These are rare and brutally capable cars. And this one is amongst the best we’ve seen in a while. That is hardly surprising because since August 2024, when the vendor acquired the car, he has invested over £40,000 to make it as good as possible.
The work has been entrusted to Bentley and includes a full engine rebuild in February 2025 that carries a two year warranty. Electrical work and a new air suspension system have been undertaken alongside recent servicing work. There is also a brand new hood, fitted in June 2025 by specialist VagPro at a cost of nearly £6,000.
The result is a highly presented car in a desirable colour scheme. You are buying, in many senses, a mechanically refreshed and virtually brand new GTC. With four keepers from new, low mileage of under 79,000 miles and MOT valid to February 2026, this is a chance to capitalise on all that recent work.
The vendor says:
“This car is almost immaculate having received just shy of £40,000 in refurbishment within the last 12 months.
“Basically in perfect condition and I have spent 40k on her within 12 months.”
