This particular Discovery was purchased, May 2018, from Parks Of Ayr, the main Dealer in the area. The car has been used lightly and meticulously kept, stored in a garage, under cover.
The engine sounds wonderful and quiet with only 88k miles on the clock. It has plenty of torque when needed. The present owner is very sad to see it go. He describes it as a fantastic car which has given him 4 years of trouble free and happy driving. Selling purely because the family no longer need the seven seats and has several other cars. It’s never been used off road and has always had due care and attention lavished on it.
As you will see from the photographs, overall the interior is in beautiful condition. The roof lining is in good condition. The Windsor leather seats are luxurious and comfortable. The carpets are in excellent condition, complimented by heavy duty Land Rover floor mats.
There are two wireless Land Rover headphones with LCD screens, encased in both of the front headrests for long journeys. A novel addition is the small fridge/cooler located under the drivers arm rest.
There are no scratches or visible damage to the dashboard and everything works as it should. The boot is spotless and houses two pop up leather seats, with headrests, making it a useful seven seater, if needed. Alongside there are storage and drinks holders on both rear side panels.
The car looks stunning in Santorini Black with colour coded trim, impressive sports radiator grill and large running boards. The Body is in fantastic condition all round. All glass panels are scratch and chip free.
There are very small age related marks/light scratches, only obvious in the closeup images. Again, one very small stone chip on the passenger front door, although you really need to be close to notice, so nothing serious at all.
The doors and side panels are in great condition with no dents or dings present.The 20 inch alloy wheels are original and in perfect condition.
This car appeals to anyone who wants a stunning solid Multi Purpose Vehicle that looks and drives as if its only a few years old! It must be one of the finest examples out there.
The Discovery Landmark delivers power and luxury at an affordable price and Safety comes as standard. Even on long journeys it is supremely smooth and comfortable.
The air suspension system makes it seem like you are gliding along and being high up you get a feeling of safety and better driving experience.
