It has been professionally accident repaired and was bought by the vendor with front end damage. He has replaced and painted all the front panels to an exceptionally good standard and reports that the chassis and front crash structure were undamaged.
As you might expect from a truck that has covered a mere 7,000 miles from new, the Navara is in perfect working order with no known issues and is still covered by the manufacturer’s five-year, 100,000-mile warranty.
This is the more powerful 190bhp version of the 2.3-litre Renault-Nissan dCi engine and it pulls well, with lively acceleration and reasonably good refinement for a utility vehicle.
We were able to conduct a short test drive of the Navara and can confirm that it drives well and runs straight and true, with no steering or suspension concerns.
This is a fabulous opportunity to get your hands on a nearly-new pick-up for well below the price of a new one, and also avoid the waiting lists that are backing up for new vehicles.
While it’s on the insurance register, the repairs that have been carried out are to a high standard and it looks and drives as good as new.
