The Appeal
Few things since the stone age have had such a marked impact on farming practices as the little TE-20 from Ferguson. Whilst the “Ferguson System” of attachments had been in production for sometime it was not until the release of the TE-20 that it took off and changed farming forever. The attachment system that is now standard across all makes and types of modern agricultural equipment found popularity thanks to the combination of versatility and price that the TE-20 offered, often being seen as the tractor that finally replaced the use of horses for many farmers.
This TE-20 has been kept garaged by the current and previous owner and whilst little is known of it’s history it’s clearly been well looked after. The distinctive grey paintwork is all in good condition and it runs well. Often described as an easy first tractor, this TE-20 is a fantastic opportunity to own a true piece of agricultural history.

- A little slow to start, but this is throughout to be due to stale fuel as the tractor has been in storage

Summary
This TE-20 is a fantastic example of what might be the all time classic tractor. For sale by the daughter of the previous owner who sadly passed, it might not come with any history, but it’s clearly been well cared for. Perfectly usable as it is, or ready for some light cosmetic restoration this TE-20 is a fantastic opportunity to acquire one of these historic vehicles.
