RUF is Porsche royalty. The firm made its name with the CTR ‘Yellowbird’ and has gone on - in a crowded field - to carve its niche as one of the finest converters and improvers of Stuttgart’s finest.
Key to any RUF is that the conversion is not immediately obvious. These are subtly modified cars that hide their light under a bushel. All of which makes this plate perfect. If your 996 has been carefully fettled with RUF parts, here is your chance to telegraph that information to fellow informed Porsche enthusiasts.
This dateless plate can be applied to any 911 but is obviously most suited to a 996.
